The staff tried hard and came up with solutions accordingly and organised a relatively new "renovated" room for us and gave us an upgrade. Upgrade sounds like a suite, but it was more like a 2* to 3* standard in Germany. On the whole, if you don't attach great importance to comfort, the hotel is ok.
