• You can park your car temporarily or permanently in the underground car park under the thermal hotel or in the guarded outdoor car park. Both parking options have barrier-free access zones.
• The car park is open 24 hours a day, all year round. The only exception is during the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival.
• The car park also includes a car wash that will make your car shine.

CANCELLATION POLICY

a) Stays shorter than 5 nights (inclusive). Cancellation of a stay shorter than 5 nights is possible free of charge no later than 1 day before arrival until 18:00. In case of later cancellation or non-arrival, the price of the first night of the given stay will be charged.

b) Stays longer than 5 nights. For cancellations of stays longer than 5 nights less than 14 days before arrival, the full value of the reservation will be charged. Any change in the reservation is considered a new order and the "Terms of cancellation of the reservation" apply to the original order.
