Guests can use the coffee shop, lobby bar with a wide range of refreshments, a large social hall, lounges, library, table tennis, billiards and telephone machines. • Payment and fees:
  A deposit of 20% of the price of your stay is required at least 21 days before the planned start of your stay (payment must be received in our account by then).
• The price per person in a double room is only valid for full occupancy of the room. We charge a surcharge for occupancy by only one person.
• For a room change in the same category we charge 500 CZK.
• For room service (serving a meal in the room) we charge 120 CZK.
• Parking 150 CZK/day (for a stay of 1-5 nights), from 6 nights 95 CZK/day
  Severely disabled persons receive a discount
• Surcharge for a small dog CZK 350 / day (only on request). The pet may only be kept in the room, you are not allowed to stay with the pet in any of the public or medical areas or in the restaurants.

- in case of non-arrival on the agreed date without prior cancellation 100% of the price of the cancelled stay and services

In case of early departure 100% of the price of the cancelled stay.
In the event of cancellation of the stay and services or part thereof, the guest shall also pay the processing fee associated with the return of the remaining funds to his/her account.
