Cancellation policy

Stays up to and including 4 nights:

•      Cancellation of the respective reservation (order of hotel service) must be made no later than 48 hours before the ordered date - the day on which the hotel service begins. If the customer cancels the reservation (order of hotel services) later or not at all, or if the customer does not cancel the reservation (order of hotel services) in writing and in the above-mentioned manner, the hotel is entitled to charge the customer a cancellation fee of 100% of the price for the first night of the stay and the customer is then obliged to pay the hotel this amount.

Stays of 5 and more nights:

•      When making or curtailing a particular reservation (ordering hotel services) within 7 days before the ordered date – the day the hotel service begins – the customer will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the price of the particular ordered hotel service, and the customer is obliged to pay this amount to the hotel.
•      In case of cancellation or reduction of the respective reservation (order of hotel service) in the period of 8 - 14 days before the ordered date - the day of the start of the hotel service - the customer will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of the price of the respective ordered hotel service, and the customer is obliged to pay the hotel this amount.
•      In case of cancellation or reduction of the respective reservation (order of hotel service) in the period of 15 - 21 days before the ordered date - the day of the start of the hotel service - the customer will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of 25% of the price of the respective ordered hotel service, and the customer is obliged to pay the hotel this amount.
